What we collect
When you sign up for launch news, we store your email address, chosen language (Swedish or English), the time of signup and which consent text you accepted. We do not ask for any information about your child and the form has no other fields.
Why, and on what legal basis
The information is only used to email you about the HipHipQuest launch and new themes. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Where it is stored and who receives it
Signups are stored as private files on HipHipQuest’s own server and are never shown publicly. We do not sell or share your address with others. Traffic to the website passes through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
Your address is kept until you ask us to remove it or withdraw your consent, or until we stop sending launch news. It is then deleted.
Visitor statistics
We measure visits with Umami, which runs on a self-hosted server (analytics.aivent.se) rather than a third-party service. Umami sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not identify individual visitors. We only see aggregated statistics such as page views.
Your rights
You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to receive it in a machine-readable format and to withdraw your consent. If you believe we are processing your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
